Bookings of 1-2 persons assumes use of the main bedroom room. If separate bedroom required for 2 persons please book for 3 persons.

Check in is from 4pm unless otherwise agreed, and checkout is not later than 11am.

Each lodge has a maximum capacity of 5 guests.

Please note that on a daily basis we will test the hot tub water and add treatment and on the checkout day the hot tub will be emptied and frilled for new arrivals from around 10am.

Please always put hot tub cover back on after use. Ensure jet streams off by pressing the jet stream button until the red light displaying ‘auto’ is on.

Please do not wear fake tan, creams or lotions in the hot tub as it can cause damage to the filter.

Please note during winter months if conditions go well below freezing the hot tub may be temporarily unavailable.

Please do not cook strong smelling foods such as curry, that will leave lingering smells that are difficult to remove, particularly on checkout day so that new guests can also enjoy their stay.

The fire pit must be kept at least 10ft from the property at all times and extinguished if left unattended. Please do not move the firepit close to hot tub or property. Please do not scavenge wood from the local woodland as the bits and pieces inevitably make a real mess of the gravel. Additional time tidying this up will be chargeable. Firewood can easily be purchased from Tomatin Firewood next door during working hours.

Radiators
Do not cover the radiators, doing so can stain them or cause other damage which could lead to additional damages fee. -
Please ensure that all rubbish is put into the correct bins prior to checkout and recycled rubbish is clean!

Wix & Freetobook provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix & Freetobook data storage, databases and the general Wix & Freetobook applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. All direct payment gateways offered by Stripe, Wix & Freetobook and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. How do we communicate with our site visitors? We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you.
